Westcliffe Builders was founded by three partners with diverse backgrounds: Perry Smith, Dennis Husvet, and Mark Maloney. Their backgrounds range from Finance, Insurance, and real estate (FIRE) to owning cabinetry and furniture businesses. Mark, for example, began his journey in home construction in the 7th grade with a cabin project for school.
